Understanding the Contract - Tips & Tricks

This course fulfills TREC's 3-hour contract requirement.

This course will cover how to understand and fill out the contract and addendums from both the buyer's and seller's perspective, using amendments, handling backup offers, and ensuring you are not practicing law while filling out the contract. The instructor will go through real-life examples to provide perspective for better understanding.
