How agents can inform their clients to complete the document in a way that it discloses all relevant information to the buyer and is acceptable to title. Incomplete forms are rejected by title companies on a daily basis. If the T47 is rejected technically the seller would have to redisclose on this document, this puts the seller at risk of loosing a buyer and legal liability. When they redisclose the T47 form, seller might disclose information the buyer wasnt originally aware of as well as cause delay in a transaction for title company determining if a new survey would be required.
