A Review of the One to Four Family Contract

The Texas Real Estate Commission has determined that additional and continuing education regarding the promulgated forms and documents is required and advisable for the Real Estate Community. This course is intended to provide participants with an in-depth review, by paragraph, of the One to Four Family Contract (RESALE). Participants will come away with a better understanding of this contract, not just what goes in the blanks, but also a better understanding of the meaning and impact of the various provisions.

• We encourage you to register at least five days before the class to help us gather the necessary information.
• There will be no refunds for no-shows. You may not transfer your registration to another member for any class however, you may transfer to a future course with 48 hours notice.
• If HLAoR cancels the class, you may receive a full refund or transfer it to a new date.
