In this course, we will go over the primary differences in the Farm and Ranch Contract (and associated forms), resources for you to use to educate yourself and clients, as well as some of the more realistic things you need to know before trying to show or sell land- of any size!

We encourage you to register at least 5 days before the class to help us get you the information needed.

There will be no refunds for no-shows. You may not transfer your registration to another member for any class however, you may transfer to a future course with 48 hours' notice.

If HLAoR cancels the class, you may receive a full refund or transfer to a new date.
